Returns & Right of Withdrawal

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item on your order, without giving any reason. This period is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.

To exercise this right, log in to your account and submit a request through your order history at https://account.foreverwithyouofficial.com, or contact us at info@foreverwithyouofficial.com before the 14-day period expires. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

We will issue a full refund, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your return, using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

UK Customers — Right to Cancel If you are located in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Conditions Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
